These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Sweet Desire ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

Our sweets and namkeen are homemade food products made in small batches. Being handmade, each piece can vary slightly in size, shape and colour from the photographs. Please read the ingredients on each product page. Our kitchen handles ghee, nuts, sesame, wheat and other common allergens, so please check before ordering if you have an allergy.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We may update prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout applies to your order.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Using this website

Please give accurate details when ordering and use this website lawfully. The Sweet Desire name, logo, photographs and content belong to us and may not be used without our permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them from time to time, and the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
